We serve only the finest, hand made (with some computer aid), fresh-cut vinyl wall art available anywhere in the world. All of our wall decals are hand made daily to your exact order specs. Our office is compact, efficient, and sometimes a bit crowded (especially on mondays). We don't keep stock shelves, just plenty of vinyl that never gathers dust. So what we're trying to say is that every single order is custom made just for you.
Since every order is customized with your size and color specs, we put special love into every order. The typical amount of time it takes for us to process an order is 1-2 business days.
You will receive an email when your order ships including tracking info.
We provide shipping services through USPS (United States Postal Service).
For domestic (USA) shipments, we offer FREE USPS First Class (2-5 business days) for orders of $50 or greater. About to pee your pants from excitement to receive your products?... Then upgrade to USPS Priority (2-3 business days) or USPS Express (1-2 business days). Rates calculated by location.
For International shipments, we ship via USPS Priority or USPS Express. Customs and Duty Fees may be charged by your country. Please check with your local post office before ordering. WallsNeedLove is not responsible for calculating or paying the custom/duty fees associated with your order.
Return Policy
So sometimes things happen and we understand this. You may have recently changed dwellings or you are a perfectionist and decided to make a couple last minute tweaks to your interiors decor. No matter the reason you just may want to exchange your wall decal for a different one or receive store credit. We understand and have made the Return Process easy for you : )
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Walls Need Love, you can return your item(s) for Full Store Credit or Exchange within 365 days of purchase. A purchase is only eligible for one exchange. Returns/Exchanges must be unused and in the condition you received them in. Customer is responsible for paying S&H on products that are mailed back to us for return/exchange. If the product is exchanged, the customer is also responsible for paying S&H for the new/exchanged product. That amount may vary depending on the product and shipping method.
Return Instructions:
- Go to www.WallsNeedLove.com and click on My Account in the top menu bar.
- Sign In to your account.
- Click Completed Orders.
- Click Return Item(s).
- Locate the item(s) you wish to return and Select the Quantity to return.
- Select the Return Reason and Return Action.
- Enter any comments and click Submit Return Request.
- You will then receive a confirmation email.
- Put your item(s) back in the box, include your Return Request# on or in the box and ship it back to us at the address below. (*Customer is responsible for S&H on the products sent back.)
- We will fulfill the request within 2 days of receiving it.
Store Credit Pay with store credit by logging into your account during checkout. Your available balance will display in your account and in the shopping cart.

Product Liability
Our vinyl wall decals stick to most smooth and flat surfaces including painted drywall, glass, and mirror. We cannot guarantee that our decals will stick to surfaces that are highly textured or painted with certain water based (porous) paints and/or flat matte finishes. User discrection is advised.
Damaged Products
It happens... In the event that the customer damages a portion of their decal during installation, we will replace the damaged portion at a 50% discount and the customer will be responsible for the shipping.
