Whether silly, obvious, or honestly legitimate, know that we've just about heard it all.  The only bad questions are those not asked.  So don't hesitate to fill out the Contact Us form or pick up the phone for a quick call. Wall decals and the answers that encompass them is what we eat for breakfast... yeah that makes no sense but hopefully our answers will.

What are WNL wall decals made of?

All of our decals are cut from premium quality, rich tone, matte finish, removable Vinyl or full-color, repositionable Fabri-Tac (see below). They will appear to be painted on the wall after application. All WNL wall graphics are 100% Guaranteed interior safe and removable. Boom.

What is Fab-Tac anyway?

Fab-Tac is a thin textile with a soft adhesive on the back. We print gorgeous, full-color high-res images on our Fab-Tac fabric. The best part is it's repositionable! The Fab-Tac graphic will hug your wall close until you want to move it. If you suddenly decide that awesome panda bear would look way better in the hall way, you can peel the panda from the wall and restick it in the hall. No marks, no worries!

Will the wall decal damage my wall?

Absolutely not! As mentioned above, all vinyl is guaranteed to remove clean without leaving sticky residue. This really saves you money on the back end of decoration. Removing or repositioning a hanging picture leaves an ugly hole in the wall that requires putty, sanding and repainting. With WNL decals, all you have to do is peel and you're done!

Will the wall decal stick to my wall?

Yes! All vinyl & Fabri-Tac wall designs stick to any non-porous paint, metal, glass, ceramic, tile, plastic and wood. If your surface is smooth and non-greasy then our graphics will stick. Vinyl and Fabri-Tac wall art will not stick to brick, stone, unfinished wood, or any rough-textured porous surface.

Will it stick in my bathroom?

No doubt! Humidity and water do not affect the wall vinyl. Just be sure the surface is clean and dry when you apply the decal.

Can I stick a decal on my car?

Totally, I've got one on my car. A few tips: Make sure you clean the spot well with rubbing alcohol before application. Our vinyl has a satin finish so it won't be as shiny as a regular paint job and the sun may bleach out vinyl colors, so don't be disheartened if the colors soften. Our decals should withstand basic car washing but avoid pressure washing directly on the decal. All that being said, with WNL, you can take your car from sad to rad.

Can I reuse the wall decal?

It depends... decals like polka dots, thick lettering, stars, etc. can easily be removed and restuck. Quotes and detailed art are one time use. Not sure if your favorite graphic is reusable? Call us and we'll give you the "sticky" on it.

Can I remove the wall decals?

Yes! All our vinyl wall art and Fabri-Tac adhesive textile is guaranteed to remove safe and clean for up to 3 years.

How do I apply the wall decals?

At the top right of our site, under the Support tab you'll find our Tutorials page with text and video instructions.

How do I remove the wall decal?

Just peel it off. Thats it. Tip: use a hair dryer to warm the decal and it will peel up smoothly.

How long will the wall decals last?

All vinyl is guaranteed for 7 years indoors, but in most cases longer. We also offer a 3 year outdoor guarantee but in most cases, it will last longer if protected from direct sunlight.

Can I send you artwork? or can I get a custom wall decal made?

Absolutely! Thats what we do. We specialize in wall graphics of all sorts and would love to help out with your designs. Also, since we can print full-color on Fabri-Tac, any original image can be printed and shipped to your door! All you need is a lonely wall.

ORDERING & SHIPPING. Are your sizes in inches?

Yes. If you don't have a tape measure or ruler then you can use a piece of computer paper (8.5"x11") to help guage measurements, or you could always plank using your body height.

Do I have to put each letter on individually?

Good question! Absolutely not, that would take forever. All designs come pre-spaced on transfer paper and take 5 min or longer depending on the complexity of the design.

How long does it take to ship my order?

How do I change/cancel an order?

Changes and cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement. If you must change/cancel an order then call us at 877-807-8897 or fill out the Contact Us form. All changes must be approved by a sales rep.

Can I just ask a bunch of random questions about wall decals while eating a bowl of cereal?

Yes! As long as we can eat a burrito while we answer them.
