We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product orders we will ship all products together. All orders are made to order so we rarely run out of stock. In the case your order includes an item we are out of stock then we will delay shipment until that item is restocked. This normally takes no more than 2 business days. |

Processing- Orders are processed in the order we receive them. Please allow up to 3 business days for order productions.
Shipping- Standard orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Please call to confirm "rush" orders. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Walls Need Love or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Refunds will not be given based on unsatisfactory shipping time. Absolutely no exceptions. |

Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will ONLY be given if the product has not been used or tampered with. In the event that a product is unsatisfactory during the installation process, we will send a replacement product of guaranteed quality. Please read below for more details:
- 30 day money back guarantee, if product is not used or tampered with.
- Valid only in the continental U.S.
- Valid 30 days from purchase date.
- Refunds: a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Exchanges: customer will receive credit equal to the product value and will be required to pay an additional S&H fee.
- All items returned, exchanged, replaced, and discounted must obtain authorization from Walls Need Love. Please contact us at 1-877-807-8897 first.
- Must be shipped via USPS or UPS.
- Once authorization is obtained from Walls Need Love, returns can be mailed to: Walls Need Love LLC, 1531 Bernard Ave., Nashville, TN 37212. Shipping to be paid by customer. Sender must retain tracking #.
Damaged Products
In the event that the customer damages a portion of their order/product during installation, we will replace the damaged portion free of charge and the customer will be responsible for a $4.95 shipping fee. In the case that the customer damages the ENTIRE order/product during installation, we will offer a one time replacement at a 50% discount plus shipping.
Please do not ship the products back to WallsNeedLove without contacing us first at 1-877-807-8897 for authorization.

| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
