Our office is compact, efficient, and sometimes a bit crowded (especially on mondays). We don't keep stock shelves, just plenty of vinyl that never gathers dust. So what we're trying to say is that every single order is custom made for you, our beloved customer.
Since every order that is placed with us is customized with the size and color you choose, we put special love into every order. The typical amount of time it takes for us to process an order is 1-3 business days. In a hurry to redecorate? Not a problem. For only $5 extra, we'll bump your order to the front and get it out in one business day or less.
Our decals ship safe, plastic sealed, and snug in rectangular box. A practice decal, squeegee (spreader), and a wonderful lil' fridge magnet come with every order and then we donate 1% of your order to www.SoundForest.org to help plant trees.
You will receive an email when your order is in process and another when it ships including tracking info. Finally, we send one last email, 2 weeks afterwards asking you to rate our products so that other customers may benefit from your experience.
We provide shipping options of USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).
For domestic (continental US) shipments, we offer multiple flat-rate shipping methods: First Class $3.95 (2-5 business days), Priority $7.95 (2-3 business days), and Express $24.95 (1-2 business days) as well as UPS calculated shipping (based on your address).
For International shipments, we offer USPS and UPS. For USPS, we charge a flat rate of $24.95 and ship your package Priority International (uninsured, shipping time varies). For UPS, we use calculated shipping costs. So the cost will vary depending on your country. Please note, for international shipments, we are only able to guarantee your package through UPS since the tracking numbers for USPS are not valid beyond the United States borders.

Please note that we offer the BEST return/exchange policy in the industry and a full 100% Moneyback Guarantee if you are not satisfied. When you make a purchase it is custom cut specifically for you. There are no stock shelves or bulk inventory so we encourage you to consider wisely before ordering. Ultimately we want you to be happy, but returns cannot be resold and they do cut into our christmas bonuses and doggy treats :p

You may have recently changed dwellings, you are a perfectionist and decided to make a couple last minute tweaks to your interiors decor, or maybe you could just use the extra money to pay for a crazy phone bill. No matter the reason you just may want to get your money back or exchange your wall decal for a different one. We understand and have made the return/exchange process easy for you : )
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Walls Need Love you can return your item(s) for a full refund/exchange within 365 days of purchase. Returns must be unused and in the condition you received them in.
The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to log into your account and generate a RMA(return merchandise authorization). This is how it works.
- Go to www.WallsNeedLove.com and click on My Account in the top menu bar.
- Log in to your account using your email address and password.
- Click (View Details) next to the order number of the merchandise you wish to return.
- Click (Add New RMA) located to the top right of your order details.
- Locate the item(s) you wish to return and under Returned check the quantity you want to return.
- Select the Reason and Method relevant to your order.
- Enter any additional comments in the My Comments text box and click (Save RMA). You will receive a confirmation email.
- Put your item(s) back in the box, include your RMA# on or in the box and ship it back to us at the address below.
- If the return is due to our error we will credit the shipping charge, otherwise you are responsible for the shipping charges associated with returns/exchanges.
- We will issue the return/exchange within 7 days of receiving it.
- If you want to exchange for another product, after receiving your package we will contact you to confirm product and payment details.

It may take 3-5 business days for your package to reach Walls Need Love. Once it is received and inspected(usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund/exchange will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Damaged Products
In the event that the customer damages a portion of their decal during installation, we will replace the damaged portion free of charge and the customer will be responsible for a $4.95 shipping fee. In the case that the customer damages the entire wall decal then please contact us. Discounted replacements can be authorized at our discretion.
